Welcome to the Spatulapro.com terms and conditions, which apply to all items ordered from www.spatulapro.com web site.


Please read through the terms and conditions which rule this on line shop carefully before placing your order. By using this website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below.

We may change these terms and conditions from time to time without notice to you. Changes will apply to any subsequent orders received. Once your order has been confirmed, we will not be able to make any changes to the terms that apply to that order.

1. PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS
Spatulapro.com is an on line shop addressed to professional bakers and pastry chefs.

Your order will be forwarded directly to the producer through our web site and it will be sent directly to you.

For this reason an order may consist of more than one deliveries. We will do our best to keep the transport costs as low as possible and we will offer you alternatives in order to save on transport costs.

When you place and confirm your order on our website we shall email you an order confirmation email.

Our acceptance of your order does not take place until dispatch of the order, at which point the contract for the purchase of goods will be made and you will be charged.

Once you have checked out and you have received your order confirmation email you will not be able to make any changes to your order so please make sure that everything is correct before clicking the ‘CONFIRM ORDER’ button.

Any discounts triggered by the entry of a promotional code will not be applied until the order is accepted but will be mentioned in detail on the invoice.

We reserve the right to refuse an order. Non-acceptance of an order may, for example, result from one of the following reasons:

    * The product ordered being unavailable from stock
    * Our inability to obtain authorisation of payment
    * The identification of an error within the product information, including price or promotion
    * If we suspect any fraudulent activity

If there are any problems with your order we shall contact you.

We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time. We will take all necessary measures to keep the details of your order and payment secure.

Prices are subject to change without notice. These changes will not affect orders that have already been dispatched. Prices do not include VAT.

Goods are subject to availability.

As there is a delay between the time when the order is placed and the time when the order is accepted, the stock position relating to particular items may change.
If an item you have ordered becomes out of stock before we accept the order we shall notify you as soon as possible and you will not be charged for the out of stock items.


2. PAYMENT OPTIONS AND PRICES
2.a. Payment Options
2.a.1. Credit Cards
All payments through credit and debit cards are processed through BarclayCard’s ePDQ payment gateway which is directly connected to our website. All payment details are directed to the Barclaycard hosted payment page.
All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to, or does not for any reason, authorise payment then you will be notified of this immediately at the check-out stage.

We accept Visa, Maestro, MasterCard cards and PayPal.

If you have paid on your debit or credit card you will only be charged once the goods have been dispatched to the delivery address. As a first action immediately after your purchase, your card is being authorised by the bank and the respective amount of money is held but not charged from your credit card account. Once we collect all the items from your order we will release the authorisation and the charge will be done. We will email you to confirm dispatch.

 

2.a.2. PayPal

2.a.3. Direct wire transfer
In case you request so, we can issue a proforma invoice for your order so that you transfer the value of your order directly to our bank account. In this case you will be offered an extra discount which will be mentioned on the proforma invoice. Your order will not be dispatched immediately as we must receive proof of your transfer from our bank. This usually takes place in 1-3 days after your money transfer has been completed. You will receive a confirmation of your transfer.


2.b. Prices
The prices shown on our website do not include any VAT. In case you are an individual, VAT will be added to the amount to be charged. In case you request for a commercial invoice and provided your company has a valid VAT number within the European Union you can have a VAT exemption.
The final price to be paid will be the price indicated plus any delivery charges.
We charge you for your order in EUROS or GBP. The actual price charged to customers outside the European Monetary Union will be subject to the exchange rate applied by their credit or debit card company. There is no customs/import duty on the movement of goods within the European Union so it is unlikely that any customs/import duty will arise on your order if you are a customer in the European Union but if any duty is payable, you will be liable for it. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, therefore you are advised to check the latest applicable local requirements in your country before placing an order.



3. YOUR DELIVERY
3.a. Delivery guide and costs We offer two kinds of delivery with UPS:
(1)    UPS Standard delivery. This service is available all over the European Union and it is the ideal choice when speed needs to be balanced with economy. Day - definite delivery lets you plan ahead. It offers a door to door service. This option is tracked and by entering the tracking number you can follow every step of your order from the moment it is dispatched until it reaches its final destination. Charges apply.
(2)    UPS Express saver delivery. This service is available all over the European Union and the rest of the world. Guaranteed delivery during the next day that the order is dispatched. It offers a door to door service. This option is tracked and by entering the tracking number you can follow every step of your order from the moment it is dispatched until it reaches its final destination. Charges apply.
Delivery of your order will start once all the items of your order will have been collected and the tracking number will have been sent to you.

3.a.1. Standard and Express Saver delivery time
We aim to deliver your order within 3 - 5 days from the moment that your order leaves the warehouse. However, sometimes during busy sale periods, deliveries may take longer. Please note that Saturday and Sunday are not classed as working days. If you have not received your order within the number of days shown above please contact us through our “CONTACT US” form always mentioning your “ORDER NUMBER”.


3.b. Other Information
Please note, no changes can be made to the delivery address after the order has been placed.

Local public holidays can delay the delivery of a parcel. Please allow an extra working day for deliveries over International Holidays.


3.c. Tracking your order
In order to track your order with us, you will need to have your tracking number with you. This can be located on your dispatch confirmation email.
 
Most parcels will reach their destination within 7 working days, however, some destinations may require additional time allowed for parcels to arrive.
 
As most parcels will reach their destination within 7 working days, we are unable to query your parcel before this time. If this time has passed and you have still not received your parcel please contact us through our “CONTACT US” form always mentioning your “ORDER NUMBER”.


4. RETURNS & REFUNDS

We guarantee to refund any item purchased on our website that you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in a saleable and reusable condition by post within 14 days of receipt. You are required to return unwanted orders by post at your own cost. The return address is shown on the delivery note received together with the merchandise.
Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. Please also note that items must be returned with all of their barcode tags intact (if any) and with a copy of the dispatch note you received enclosed.
A RETURN SPECIAL FORM must be filled and sent together with the merchandise.

In addition, if you are in the European Union you have the right to cancel your contract with us and return your items by post within 14 calendar days from the day after the date you received your order.
The refund will be processed once your goods are received. Please allow 30 days from the day the parcel is posted for your refund to be processed.
We will email you to let you know once your parcel has been received and your refund has been processed.  Please note that it may take 2-4 working days for the refund to show in your account. It will be shown on your statement as a refund / credit from Spatulapro.com. You will be refunded on to the card that the goods were purchased with. If your card expires before we process your refund please contact us through our “CONTACT US” form always mentioning your “ORDER NUMBER”.

NOTE : Returns by post CANNOT be accepted without a filled RETURN SPECIAL FORM.

RETURNING GOODS WHICH ARE OF UNSATISFACTORY QUALITY OR UNFIT FOR PURPOSE
You are required to return these items by registered post at your own cost. Please allow up to 28 days from the day the parcel is posted back to us for your refund to be processed.  Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.


RIGHT TO CANCEL
In addition to our returns policy, if you are a customer in the European Union you have the right to cancel your contract with us within 14 calendar days from the day after the date you received your order. This right does not apply to the following items: (1) items that have been sealed for hygiene reasons if the seal has been broken; and (2) items that have been made to the customer’s specification or that are personalised.  You will be responsible for the cost of returning a cancelled order to us.

To exercise your right to cancel follow the steps below:

1.    Complete the RETURN SPECIAL FORM included in our order confirmation email and post it with the items when you return them.  Alternatively, write to us by email (info@spatulapro.com) or include a letter with the items when you return them.  Please state that you wish to cancel your contract and include your full name, address and order number.

2.    Return the items to us by registered post at your own cost and no later than 14 calendar days after the day that you sent us the RETURN SPECIAL FORM or other written notice of your cancellation.  
We will refund to you the price paid for the items. You will be refunded to your original method of payment within 14 calendar days of our receipt of the cancelled items or, if earlier, within 14 days from the day we receive proof of return from you. If we do not receive the cancelled items back, we may arrange to collect them from you at your cost.


5. TITLE RETENTION

Any items ordered remain our property until we receive full payment.


6. PRODUCT INFORMATION

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the specifications of our products that appear on the website. All products are designed for professional use and not responsible for any improper use.

All sizes and measurements are as accurate as possible.

We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details and descriptions of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system.

 
7. RIGHTS

We shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage, which may arise from the use of any of the information contained in any of the materials on this website.

All rights, including copyright, in this website are owned by or licensed to. Any use of the site or its contents, including copying or storing it or them in whole or part, other than for your own personal use is prohibited without our permission.

We have taken every care in the preparation of the content of this website. To the extent permitted by applicable law, and save as otherwise specified by us, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, as to the accuracy of the information contained in any of the materials on this website.
